Insurance business needs competent sales force called FA (Financial Associates) as they are assigned to do a very tough job that is selling invisible product with zero tangible value. Therefore, it deserves an efficient management practice to utilize its frontline human resources. There is plenty of communication attached to the insurance job and that is generated by increasing number of competition in this sector. To meet the sales target FAs need to work on a structural format like planning, preparing, and scheduling visits to the targeted people on a daily and weekly basis, offer various products to the targeted people, and need to minimize manual tasks as much as possible.
AAMS is developed to support the FA’s daily operation before this is done manually. This system will involve all the operations starting from the visit schedule to the prospect’s customer identification and selling insurance product effectively to the targeted people.
